This refund policy forms an integral part of the ZeusVPN Agreement and should be read alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any additional terms. It applies exclusively to subscriptions purchased directly through www.zeusvpn.com . Purchases made through Crypto Coins, the Apple App Store, or the Google Play Store ("in-app purchase") are not eligible for refunds under this policy. All in-app purchases are non-refundable and governed by the legal agreements of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
ZeusVPN offers a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are dissatisfied with our Service for any reason. You can cancel your subscription and request a full refund within the first 30 days from the date of your initial subscription. Please note that the money-back guarantee can only be claimed once. Any modification to your subscription plan within the initial 30-day period, such as an upgrade, will be considered a waiver of the Money Back Guarantee by you. To exercise the money-back guarantee, you must email [email protected] from the email address used during registration, stating the reason for the refund request. We reserve the right to first attempt to resolve any issues you have encountered with our Service before processing your refund.
Refund requests submitted after the money-back guarantee period will be considered at our sole discretion. We may require you to provide evidence demonstrating that the Service was either unavailable or unusable during the requested refund period and that, despite your repeated support requests, the issue remained unresolved.
Upon receiving satisfactory evidence, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a pro-rata refund for the period of the subscription term when the Service was unavailable or unusable. Such requests should be directed to our support team at [email protected] , along with all relevant evidence to substantiate your claim.
Please be aware that non-use of the Service is not considered a valid basis for a refund.
Once your refund request has been approved, we aim to process your refund within ten business days from the date of approval. Refunds are issued in USD. Due to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates and charges related to payment processing, the amount refunded may differ from the amount originally paid. It may take up to 30 days from the date we process your refund for the payment to appear in your account.
Access to any Services for which a refund is processed will be terminated immediately after the refund is issued.
This refund policy does not extend to any special accounts issued by the Company. Unless otherwise required by law or specific provisions of this Agreement, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of an automatically renewed subscription upon cancellation. User accounts terminated by the Company for breaches of the Agreement are not eligible for refunds. This refund policy does not cover payments made using cryptocurrency.
